KODAK Care Kit Registration Terms* Extended Warranty Registration
You must purchase Extended Warranty Care Kits within 90 days of equipment purchase. Extended Warranty coverage begins on the date the equipment was purchased. If you register after the purchase date, the effective date of the extended warranty is retroactive to the date the equipment was purchased.

The equipment invoice may be required as proof of purchase.
