It covers phone support from our Response Center; travel, parts, and labor for On-Site Agreements; or next-business-day delivery of an exchange unit for Advanced Unit Replacement Agreements.

How do I register my Care Kit?
The customer must register the Care Kit with Kodak within 10 days of purchasing it. And registration is easy! The customer simply fills out the registration form included with the customer Care Kit, and calls or faxes the information to Kodak. A customer is not eligible for service until the Kit is registered with Kodak. The phone numbers for the U.S.A. and Canada are listed below and are clearly presented in the customer's Care Kit.

How do I get service when I need it?

When should I purchase a KODAK Care Kit?
KODAK Care Kits should be purchased at the time you buy your equipment. If you recently bought equipment without a Care Kit, you can buy a Care Kit within 90 days of the equipment purchase from your KODAK Authorized Imaging Reseller.
